Paid time off
All team members receive paid time off available after 12 months of employment! Paid time off is based on hours worked in previous year as well as years of service with Chick-fil-A.

Gym time
Both part-time and full time team members are eligible for reimbursement on gym or fitness club memberships after 90 days of employment.
